thanks for the script..

Every time the page loads, the first select box selects the second option as default, i want to make it select "Please Select" option, but could not figure out how to do it.. any clues?

two methods have an optional parameter named selected_value:

add_select_box(db_table_name, key_field_name, description_field_name, order_field_name, selected_value, tag_name, tag_id, [extra_tag_attributes] , [extra_where])


link_select_boxes(parent_box_name, child_box_name, link_field_name, selected_value)

pass to that parameter blank value ''
